How long have you been in business?
Established in 1986, North Hills Automotive serves the Simpsonville Greenville County and Downtown Greenville.
What is your primary product or service?
Automobile and light duty truck Service and Repair. We Service and Repair all makes and models, European, Asian and Domestic Brands. Our services range from simple oil and filter changes, tires and alignment, engine diagnostics, electronics and chassis work.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested after working in a new car dealership. The service there was lack-luster and customers were a number instead of a person. I started my business in 1986 with a simple concept - do the job right, get it done on-time and stand behind it without excuses. If I make a mistake - "Just own it"!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer a customer shuttle system that is second to none. We pick up our customers and take them anywhere within a 50 mile radius of our stores. We also pick them up when the car is ready. We are not open on Saturday's and Sunday's because we think that our employees and our customers have better things to do on the weekend than sit in a waiting room for hours while their car gets an oil change or a couple of tires. Use our shuttle system and you will never have to give up a weekend again! Our customers also appreciate our 1 year/unlimited mileage warranty on all parts and labor. We also offer pricing that is below the dealership without giving up the technology. Our techs are ASE master Certified and have diagnostic tools and extensive knowledge of all engine, body and transmission management systems. Lastly we are very convenient. With 4 Upstate locations we're not on motor mile, we're in your neighborhood!
