Music and movement classes for children, babies to 7 years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I did my graduate work in Piano Pedagogy at USC and became interested in how young children learn. While teaching piano at Anderson College, I was asked to teach a Kindermusik class during my lunch break. I was so impressed at how it prepared children for further music studies that I eventually devoted my full attention to Kindermusik! I have also studied and performed at Interlochen Center for the Arts. I love to be able to assist at-risk children and families, and frequently speak to teacher and parent groups.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I know each child and each family in the program personally. Being housed in the SC Children's Theatre offers a wonderful chance to take advantage of plays, see sets and costumes, and truly be immersed in the arts.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, 153 Augusta Street, in the South Carolina Children's Theatre.

Take 385 all the way into downtown Greenville. Turn left on to Church Street. Turn right on to Augusta Street. South Carolina Children's Theatre is on the right, immediately after you pass the baseball stadium.
