They require you to sign a paper stating that your dogs are extremely matted and in terrible shape before they will bathe and groom them. My dogs were not matted; I had just combed them out completely the evening before bringing them in. I did not feel comfortable signing this form when their description of my dogs was not true. They would not groom them unless I signed.
